Complaints and refunds
Last updated: 8 September 2026
We aim to supply the service described at checkout with reasonable care and skill.
Tell us what happened
Email hello@neighbourobjection.co.uk with your name, order ID, planning reference and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full card details. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate the order record and explain the outcome or any further information needed.
Factual revision
One factual revision request is included if made within 48 hours of delivery. It covers corrections to supplied facts for the same application and is separate from any legal remedy you may have.
Cancellation
You normally have 14 days from the day after a distance service contract is made to tell us you wish to cancel. If you expressly asked us to start during that period, a proportionate charge may apply for work already supplied. The right to cancel may end after full performance only where the required express request and acknowledgement were given.
To cancel, email hello@neighbourobjection.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model wording below, but you do not have to:
To: NeighbourObjection.co.uk, Suite 754, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, DA16 3QQ; hello@neighbourobjection.co.uk
I give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the Planning Objection Letter + Document Bundle.

Refunds and other remedies
If the service is not supplied as agreed or with reasonable care and skill, remedies may include repeat performance, an appropriate price reduction or a refund. We will assess the work completed, the problem reported and your statutory rights. Nothing on this page removes or restricts those rights.
Processing failure
If processing fails before completion, we will not treat or represent the order as fulfilled. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and law.
If we cannot resolve the complaint
We will provide a final response explaining our position. You may seek independent advice about your consumer rights. These terms do not require you to give up any right to bring a claim in the courts.
