Questions before you order

We can help you understand what the planning objection bundle includes, how ordering works and how to use the documents. Our service helps neighbours in England explain their concerns about a planning application.

For a quick starting point, ask our assistant a question or read the frequently asked questions. You can also see the price and what’s included or use the free check to see whether your concerns could fit our service.

Help with an existing order

To help us find your order and understand the issue, please include:

• Your order ID, if you have it
• Your planning application reference
• The email address you used when ordering
• A short explanation of the help you need

If you haven’t received your documents, check your spam or junk folder first. For a problem opening a file, tell us which document is affected and what happens when you try to open it.

Request a factual correction

Your bundle includes one factual correction request made within 48 hours of delivery, for the same person and planning application. Email us the detail that needs correcting and the correct information. For example, this could be a name, reference number or measurement.

Please make the correction clear so we can identify it in your documents. Read the revision terms for more information.

Keep your message focused

Share only the information needed to answer your question. Please don’t send card details, passwords or unrelated personal information. Our privacy page explains how we handle your information.
