What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies can also store information or access information already stored on a device.
Current use
Wix and its infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies for security, session management, network operation and reliable page delivery. These are used only where needed to provide the online service you request.
Optional anonymous journey analytics run only if you agree to them in the form. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement each have a separate choice. The Google tag loads only after you allow at least one of these Google measurement purposes; each purpose is enabled only with its own consent. Personalised advertising is switched off, and Nextdoor tracking is not enabled. The separate checkout and form providers may apply their own necessary technologies if those services are opened.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow website analytics, Google Analytics measures page views, clicks to start an order or free check, and verified purchases. It receives device information, page paths without query strings, the referring website's origin, and an anonymous purchase reference and value. We do not send form contents, case details, names, email addresses or uploaded documents. Automatic form, download, search and outbound-link collection is disabled. Google Signals and personalised advertising are off.
Analytics cookies beginning _ga are configured to expire after 30 days without extension on page loads. Your separate choice is stored for 30 days as no-ga4-choice-v1; anonymous purchase references used to prevent duplicates are held for up to 30 days as no-ga4-purchase-sent-v1. Google's received information is handled under its service terms and retention settings. Use the button below to change your choice. Declining removes accessible analytics cookies and stops future collection, but does not undo information already sent with consent.
Optional Google Ads measurement
If you allow it, Google may use advertising cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw to connect an advert visit with a completed purchase. The tag is configured with a 30-day cookie expiry without extending that expiry on each page load. Your measurement choice is stored for 30 days in no-google-measurement-choice-v1. An anonymous transaction reference is stored for up to 30 days to prevent reporting the same purchase repeatedly.
Measurement sends Google ad click and device information, the page address, purchase value and an anonymous transaction reference. We do not send your planning case details, name, email address, postal address or payment-card details in the purchase event. This test does not use enhanced conversions or remarketing. Google may process measurement information outside the UK under its applicable service terms and safeguards. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Private form session
The essential __Host-no_session cookie protects and restores your private form details. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It lasts no more than seven days; your session ends after 24 hours without activity. Your browser also temporarily stores the reference for an unfinished letter check so its result can be retrieved.
Your choices
Strictly necessary technologies cannot be switched off through a consent control because the requested service may not work without them. Optional journey analytics are off unless you agree. You can change your analytics choice on your order-status page.
Use the button below to allow or decline Google Ads measurement. Declining stops future measurement from this browser and removes this site's accessible Google advertising cookies. It does not undo information already sent to Google while you had agreed. Your free check and order work with either choice. You can also use browser controls to delete or block cookies, although blocking necessary storage may affect site functions.
Review and contact
We regularly review the technologies used on this site and update this notice when needed. Questions can be sent to hello@neighbourobjection.co.uk.
